The Skeld, often shortened to Skeld, is the first map in Among Us, set on a spaceship in outer space. It is automatically selected upon opening the game for the first time.
The map was the only one included in the first version of the game's launch in 2018, with MIRA HQ, Polus and The Airship being added subsequently.
Locations[]
Cafeteria[]
The spawn area. There are some blue circular lunch tables, with the emergency button on one of them, and a vent.
- UPLOAD DATA: The player must go up to the screen to download information, which takes about 8 seconds, then do the same at the screen in Admin.
- EMPTY GARBAGE: The player must pull the lever on the garbage chute to eject rubbish into space.
- FIX WIRING: The player must open the wire box and connect all of the wires together by colour.
Weapons[]
Weapons is to the right of Cafeteria and is where the laser cannons are operated.
- DIVERT POWER: The player must first go to Electrical and flip the switch controlling the power for Weapons up, then go to Weapons and turn the fuse to accept the diverted power.
- CLEAR ASTEROIDS: The player must use the laser cannons to shoot and destroy 20 asteroids floating by.
- UPLOAD DATA: The player must go up to the screen to download information, which takes about 8 seconds, then do the same at the screen in Admin.

Navigation is the ship's cockpit, with two vents on either side.
- DIVERT POWER: The player must first go to Electrical and flip the switch controlling the power for Navigation up, then go to Navigation and turn the fuse to accept the diverted power.
- CHART COURSE: The player must trace the ship's route back to Earth.
- UPLOAD DATA: The player must go up to the screen to download information, which takes about 8 seconds, then do the same at the screen in Admin.
- FIX WIRING: The player must open the wire box and connect all of the wires together by colour.
- STABILIZE STEERING: The player must drag the crosshair into the centre of the screen.
O2[]
Here oxygen is created and stored in tanks for the crew.
- CLEAN O2 FILTER: The player must suck all of the dead leaves out of the filter.
- EMPTY CHUTE: The player must pull the lever to empty out any waste.
- DIVERT POWER: The player must first go to Electrical and flip the switch controlling the power for O2 up, then go to O2 and turn the fuse to accept the diverted power.
Shields[]
The ship has a force field to protect it from impacts, and it is controlled in here.
- DIVERT POWER: The player must first go to Electrical and flip the switch controlling the power for Shields up, then go to Shields and turn the fuse to accept the diverted power.
- PRIME SHIELDS: The player must turn all of the segments of the shield to full power.
Communications[]
The ship's comms are kept in here.
- DIVERT POWER: The player must first go to Electrical and flip the switch controlling the power for Communications up, then go to Communications and turn the fuse to accept the diverted power.
- UPLOAD DATA: The player must go up to the screen to download information, which takes about 8 seconds, then do the same at the screen in Admin.
Storage[]
This is the largest room of all, and contains all of the ship's supplies in big metal crates.
- EMPTY GARBAGE: The player must pull the lever to empty the garbage chute.
- FIX WIRING: The player must open the wire box and connect all of the wires together by colour.
Admin[]
All of the systems are monitored in this room.
- FIX WIRING: The player must open the wire box and connect all of the wires together by colour.
- SWIPE CARD: The player must swipe their ID card at the correct speed.
Electrical[]
This is where the power is managed.
- CALIBRATE DISTRIBUTOR: The player is represented with 3 rotating circles, each with a pointer on them. The player must stop each one when the needle is in the target zone.
- UPLOAD DATA: The player must go up to the screen to download information, which takes about 8 seconds, then do the same at the screen in Admin.
- FIX WIRING: The player must open the wire box and connect all of the wires together by colour.
Lower Engine[]
The ship's right engine is located here.
- DIVERT POWER: The player must first go to Electrical and flip the switch controlling the power for Lower Engine up, then go to Lower Engine and turn the fuse to accept the diverted power.
- ALIGN ENGINE OUTPUT: The player must move the cursor to align the engine correctly.
Security[]
The security cameras are controlled here.
- DIVERT POWER: The player must first go to Electrical and flip the switch controlling the power for Security up, then go to Security and turn the fuse to accept the diverted power.
- FIX WIRING: The player must open the wire box and connect all of the wires together by colour.
Reactor[]
The ship's main source of power is located at the rear of the ship.
- START REACTOR: The player is shown a 3x3 grid and must complete 5 rounds of Simon Says without screwing up, else they have to restart.
- UNLOCK MANIFOLDS: The player is shown 10 buttons, labelled from 1 to 10, and must push them in the correct order.
Upper Engine[]
This is where the ship's left engine is.
- DIVERT POWER: The player must first go to Electrical and flip the switch controlling the power for Upper Engine up, then go to Upper Engine and turn the fuse to accept the diverted power.
- ALIGN ENGINE OUTPUT: The player must move the cursor in the middle to re-align the engine.
MedBay[]
MedBay is the ship's quarters and sick bay.
- INSPECT SAMPLE: The player must begin analysing the samples, wait 1 minute and then select the sample that is contaminated.
- SUBMIT SCAN: The player must step onto the scanner and scan themselves.

- Despite being the original map in Among Us, it was not the first map used in Among Us Logic; Mira HQ was. The Skeld's first appearance was in Among Us Logic 2.
